Red Court

Following the Great Quake, the grip of the Red Court on San Francisco was broken but they have not given up. Today, the Red Court is moving back in to San Francisco and consolidating power with a vengeance. Their primary tool is one of the infamous Mexican Cartels, the Galindo Cartel. Through the Galindo, the Red Court is gaining influence over a majority of the Hispanic gangs in the city. Their primary methodology is to send in an agent to offer various smaller gangs what they want or need, military grade weapons, quality drugs and/or money, weapons or drugs for favors such as facilitating the storage, transport and security of drugs or weapons to other cities or states. Once the agent gains the trust of the gang and have time to assess the members abilities, the pawns are rewarded with a celebration featuring a number of prostitutes as entertainment. Among the prostitutes will be one or more Red Court vampires who will make sure that the whole gang gets a taste of their addictive saliva and they will then focus their attention on the leaders and/or most talented members of the gang over subsequent nights until they have control over the gang.

The White Court has thrown support behind the FBI, and Yakuza along with the San Francisco Police Department to oppose the Red Court. Even so, the Galindo Cartel are highly skilled at this sort of conflict. The greatest threat to both the Galindo and the Red Court comes in the form of the Lobo Sonora Cartel which is a match for the Galindo in criminal resources and backed by a large pack of werewolves of some sort with extensive experience fighting the vampires of the Red Court. Fortuneately for the Red Court, Lobo Sonora is more brutal in its tactics, often due to the need to be sure an enemy is truly dead, and so garners even more attention from the FBI and other Federal authorities.
